Synergy Gymnastics London is a Community Interest Company dedicated to providing accessible gymnastics across South East London. Established in 2012, the club offers a range of programs for all ages and abilities, from beginners to competitive squads.

To offer affordable and inclusive gymnastics training, fostering physical literacy and personal development within the community.

• Programs Offered:
• Tiny Gym: For children under 5 years, blending soft play, gymnastics, and song time.
• Gymnastics for All: One-hour classes for children aged 4 to 15, ideal for beginners and non-competitive gymnasts.
• Adults Gymnastics: Structured classes suitable for both beginners and those with experience.
• Squad Gymnastics: Competitive training in Tumbling, Team Gym, and Women’s Artistic disciplines (by invitation only).
• Session Structure: Regular classes with options for free trials before enrolling in monthly pay classes.
• Membership Fees:
• Gymnastics for All: £9.50 per session (paid monthly)
