Richmond Volleyball is a powerhouse of grassroots and elite volleyball in the UK. With indoor, beach, sitting, and junior pathways, the club caters to every age and ability—whether you’re chasing national trophies or just want to spike for fun. It’s one of the country’s Volleyball England Centres of Excellence and has produced players for national squads and international stages.

Richmond Volleyball is an award-winning club that provides indoor and beach volleyball for players of all levels across West and South West London.
The club caters for all abilities and all ages, from Volleyball England’s Super League to beginners and recreational players. We have several senior men’s and women’s teams competing in the national, regional, county and local leagues, and a junior division that offers training for 10-year-olds and above.
Richmond has a thriving junior programme with a proven track record of producing quality athletes for Volleyball England’s talent pathway. Every year Richmond’s junior teams compete in the National Championships in all age categories and have won several gold medals in recent years.

Volleyball is becoming one of the fastest growing sports in three adjacent boroughs in South West London – London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, London Borough of Kingston upon Thames and London Borough of Hounslow. We are excited to be in the centre of this process and aim to further promote and develop volleyball in local communities.
Richmond Volleyball is running a number of community programmes involving many young local people in this fun and dynamic family sport. We aim to compete successfully at the highest levels whilst maintaining ‘grass roots’ volleyball. Richmond Volleyball offer volleyball to all standards and we welcome new players, whatever your skills or ability, there will always be a volleyball session for you. We also invite non playing Members to join our increasing supporter base.
Our mission is to promote volleyball by bringing athletes, coaches, and the local community together to foster a distinctive culture of excellence by integrating sport, competition, training and education.
