Free, fast, and full of energy—London City Runners is one of the biggest (and coolest) running clubs in the UK. No fees, no attitude—just great routes, good beer, and better people. Based in Bermondsey with their own bar and clubhouse, they’re part training ground, part movement.

Based in the heart of the Bermondsey Beer Mile, we are the largest running club in London that is free to join and not funded or affiliated to a brand.
We welcome everyone from beginners to seasoned marathon runners. Nothing beats the endorphin rush after a run and the joy of meeting like minded people with a common interest.

In August 2018, our club made history by opening our very own cafe-bar in an archway in Bermondsey.
In addition to beginning all of our road running sessions here, we also host running-related workshops and events at our clubhouse with the aim to promote running as a sport to a wide audience.
We have runners from all over the globe, whether they have moved here and have become regulars, or are visiting London for a short period. Even if you're just here for a day, we would love for you to come and run with us! And if you're a runner just passing by, the clubhouse doors are always open for anything you need.
