Hackney Tennis is East London’s answer to elite-level coaching without the private-club ego. With public courts, low-cost classes, and year-round community outreach, they’re growing tennis from the ground up—literally. Kids, adults, complete beginners, and rising stars all find their space here.

Hackney Tennis (HT) is a leading park-based tennis provider in the UK and a registered charity, responsible for delivering Tennis For All in the London Borough of Hackney and works in partnership with Hackney Council.
HT currently manage 28 full size and two mini-tennis courts on seven park and garden sites in Hackney. Hackney Tennis delivers a full community coaching programme that provides opportunities to play for all.

HT Manages 28 tennis courts, making it one of the largest providers of tennis services in the South East of England.
HT operates an open booking system with over 6,000 players for a total annual court usage of over 40,000 hours.
HT has a 13-strong LTA accredited coaching team.
HT had a singles league (over 360 players).
HT has around 20 teams (Juniors, Adults and Vet) competing in Summer and Winter Leagues.
HT currently delivers curriculum and/or after school club tennis in 7 Hackney Schools and is looking to expand its outreach
