The League was founded in 2009.
We're a amateur league committed to making competitive basketball accessible, affordable, and fun for adults across south London.
Competition Format
- 6 teams in a single division
- Home and away format — 12 matchweeks
- 3 points for a win, 0 for a loss
- Top four teams promoted to playoffs
- Season runs September through May
Key Rules
- Squad registration deadline: 30th September
- Transfer window: January only
- Minimum 5 players for a game to proceed
- Postponement requires 48 hours' notice
- 5 technical fouls = automatic 1-game ban
- Tiebreaker: PD → Points For → H2H
- All disputes to Secretary within 5 days
