THE NRBH
TIMELINE

We are currently building the platform and all the essential building blocks of the platform. We are also building the the feedback surveys and strategies for the business.

With the prototype built, we will then test and break the platform, while also gaining feedback through focus groups. This feedback will help us iterate on the prototype and improve our positioning.

With our product validated and iterated on, we will then conduct outreach campaigns to get people and clubs on to the platform. At a small scale. We will continue to take feedback at a slightly bigger scale and continue to grow.

With growth and demonstrated success on the platform, we will then open the NBRH to early investment to help the business grow to a larger scale and begin building the final product. This investment will come from people, clubs and business who are interested. We will also approach investors.

With the early investments, we will use this to grow our marketing and also funnel our investments into building a for purpose native app. It will build on all the feedback we’ve received and the iterations on the prototype.
We will also sign up to an incubator program, that will help us improve our business growth strategy. With a incubator program, we can surround ourselves with the right support and minds as we build the NBRH team.

With our data, feedback, app, team, audience, investor backing, brand and network, we are at the stage where we can run a crowd funding campaign that will bring additional funding to the NBRH to release fully and grow the business to it’s largest scale. Aiming to use the funds to grow our marketing and app developments.

After our campaign is complete and the money has been implemented into our app, team and marketing - we will then launch the NBRH fully to the world. Centred around a large campaign. And the rest will be history!
AMBITIONS FOR THE
PLATFORM

To create a fully functional app, that has more tools for users to utilise. Both for people and club organisers. This includes user content creation tools, more social networking tools, a dynamic algorithm, advance filters, clubs tools, creating tools (kit designer, league maker, event maker, tournament maker etc) & an integrated booking platform.
We’d also want there to be deeper gamification of our platform, keeping our users engaged and entertained. We’d also want to give our users more customisation options on our platform. Allowing are users to mould the platform to their liking.

Having a subscription that includes a multitude of sports, clubs and activities. Meaning that for one payment per month, you can access all of your classes, scrimmages, leagues, clubs at no additional costs. Dramatically reducing the costs and improving the experience. One subscription for everything.
We also want to become a data based organisation, deeply understanding our users and using that information to improve the industry and our offering. While also using these rich data insights to improve the clubs on our platform.

For purpose built facilities, integration of gym memberships into our NBRH subscriptions, international expansion, acquisitions, broadcasting rights for sports and leagues, large scale PR experiences and large scale events (festivals, expos, tournaments). Netflix style / high production video & greater localisation of our advertising, marketing and content.
CURRENT
LIMITATIONS
The NBRH in its current form is a prototype. This website isn’t the final product. We are using this MVP (minimum viable product) to grow the product, gain data, learn and try to validate the idea. As a result, below are some of the acknowledged practical limitations of the NBRH platform that we hope to address in the future:
We use Squarespace and the platform can be occasionally glitchy.
The feeds that are used are curated and not dynamic.
The final product will have more social features such as likes, saves, shares & commenting. Right now, Squarespace doesn’t have those features.
Merchandise can’t be fulfilled in a couple days due to our current size. As we grow, we will try to make the process quicker and efficient.
Content on the website will utilise AI to aid with production and improvement.
All features are being tested and could be altered or removed.
The current website has been designed and optimised for mobile. The desktop version should not be used as it is not optimised for that platform (due to Squarespace limitations).
As a social platform, we would want to implement a lot of user generated content but due to Squarespace’s lack of functionality, for now, this is not possible.
There will be a host in natively developed tools that will be instrumental to the platform, giving the audience more opportunities to build and create (in future).
We want to include a universal filter for clubs, sessions and activities. As it stands now, Squarespace doesn’t allow it to function as we need it to.
There is a bug the Squarespace hasn’t fixed, which means if you scroll too fast, the site crashes. For the best experience, use Google Chrome and scroll slowly.
