About the League
Our Story
The South London Sunday League was founded in 2009 by a group of five-a-side regulars from Brixton, Peckham, and Herne Hill who wanted more than just a casual kickabout. What started with six teams playing on a single pitch at Brockwell Park has grown into a 10-club competition spanning borough boundaries, with over 150 registered players and a reputation for fierce, fair, and fiercely contested football every Sunday morning.
We're an FA-affiliated amateur league committed to making competitive football accessible, affordable, and fun for adults across south London.
